• Do not disassemble your player. The laser beam can cause
permanent eye damage.
• Do not insert metal or other foreign objects inside the player. This

protections.
• Dropping the unit or subjecting it to forceful shocks can result in

Condensation (water droplets) can form around the laser and other

CARING FOR YOUR MP3 CD PLAYER:

A few simple actions can keep your player in good shape.

Cleaning your player:
Use only a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Never
use chemical-based or natural cleaners as this can damage the
fi nish. Do not let liquid penetrate into the interior of the player.
Note: never touch the lens surface. To clean the lens, use a camera
lens blower found in most photography stores.

Disc handling:

Use only standard-sized CDs, as non-standard sizes may be
imbalanced and ruin the player.

Handle all discs by the edges and do not touch the surface of the
disc. Return discs to their original case to avoid scratches and other
surface damage. Do not expose discs to sunlight or write on them
as the ink chemicals can damage the contents of a disc.
