Is there SLIN1and SLIN2
signal at pin29 and
pin30 of ICF08 ?
Is there SLO1– and
SLO2– signal at
pin37~40 of ICF08 ?
Replace ICF08.
Check RF38 and RF39.
Check the connectors
of MPEG and Loader.
Change Loader.
Check LDIN signal at pin46 of
ICF08.
Is there SPIN signal at
pin26 of ICF08 ?
Is there WUV signal at
pin11,pin13 and pin16
of PF05 ?
Check RS11 and CS31.
Replace ICF08.
Check the connectors
of MPEG and Loader.
Change Loader.
Check ICF08.
TROUBLESHOOTING
d. Front End Circuit
1) Front End cannot boot up
>> As soon as display RF Ch, Set hang up.
2) Loader Tray cannot In/Out
Can not Boot Up
When Power On, is
there MT1818 RESET
signal at RS15?
Check CS42 and RS15.
Check O/F 3.3V of Power Board.
Is there CLK signal at
XF01?
Check XF01,CS37,CS38 and
RS29.
Replace ICF01.
Check ICM03 and
Download FW again.
Is there TRAYIN/OUT
signal at pin210 and
pin208 of ICF01 ?
Check CF44,CF45 and PF02.
Check the Motor of Loader and
the connection of Loader.
Is there LDIN signal at
pin46 of ICF08 ?
Check CS33 and RS13.
Check the connection of ICF01
and ICF08.
Is there LOAD– signal
at pin1 and pin2 of
ICF08 ?
Check the power of ICF08.
Replace ICF08.
Check the connectors
of MPEG and Loader.
