. Turn the MENU dial to select CONVECTION COOK, indicated by the icon.

. Turn the CONTROL dial to select the temperature. The sequence begins at 355˚F, the most
frequently used temperature. Turn the dial right or left to select desired temperature.

. Press the Selection button.

. Turn the CONTROL dial to enter a cooking time of up to 2 hours.

. Press the Start button.

. When cooking is complete, the oven will beep and display “End”.
During convection heating, hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity to brown and crisp foods
quickly and evenly. This oven can be programmed for thirteen different convection temperatures for
up to two hours.
NOTE:
The cooling fan will run after cooking. The display alternates between
“Cool”
and
“0”
or “
current
time
” while the cooling fan is operating.
