WHEN THE ENGINE IS SHUTDOWN, THE POWER LEVER
MUST NOT BE MOVED BEHIND THE FLIGHT IDLE
POSITION
When engine is shut--off, a lack of hydraulic pressure prevents
movement into reverse range. Trying to force the mechanism will
cause damage.
