Product Warranty Card
Hello! Thank you for purchasing Dahua Corporation products. Thank you very much!
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and relieve your worries, please purchase Dahua Shares'
products through legitimate channels. Dahua Shares will make a standard warranty service commitment to your
products and provide you with three guarantees of service when you need them. Please refer to Dahuatech's
official website (www.dahuatech. com) for relevant after-sales service policies and product warranty period.
Product malfunctions caused by the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:
Exceeding the specified warranty period;
Damage caused by intentional or negligent use, including damage caused by improper use in an
abnormal environment or failure to follow the instructions;
Unexpected situations caused by force majeure (such as fires, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.);
The deterioration of service conditions caused by social issues (such as unrest, war, strikes, government
regulation, etc.);
The inability to implement services caused by energy supply interruptions (such as electricity, water
supply, oil, etc.);
Failure or damage caused by third-party products, software, services, or behaviors;
The normal discoloration, wear, and consumption that occur during the use of the product can ensure
uninterrupted or error free normal operation;
Accessories (such as documents, product accessories, installation accessories, tools, etc.), consumables
(such as packaging boxes, batteries, or protective films that are worn out over time, unless caused by
material or process defects), and faults caused by structural components (such as protective shields,
brackets, etc.);
Unable to present valid product warranty certificates and valid original shopping invoices or receipts, the
original serial number label of the product has been altered, replaced, or torn, the product does not have
a serial number, or the product model or number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual
product;
Failure to use the product according to the instructions and operating manual provided with the product,
or failure to use the product for the intended function or environment, as confirmed by Dahua Group, in
any other case where the customer violates the operating manual;
The completeness and appearance status of the product are not within the scope of warranty. Customers
should inspect the product on the spot and raise objections to any discrepancies when accepting it.

:
1. Dahua Group does not guarantee customer data stored in its products or in any other form related to the
products, and customers are responsible for backing up the relevant data to prevent loss.
2. Dahua Corporation reserves the right to modify or cancel the warranty process at any time without prior
notice.
