Electromagnetic
chuck lock
When the power is on, the arms can be set in a horizontal position by folding
them to their maximum extent, and then lifting them up again. When the
power is off, the arms will automatically fold themselves.

Protects the turnstile circuit.

Convert the input voltage to 24 V AC power.
