Schedule
All channels are record continuously by default. You can set customized record period and record
type.
After set schedule record, device can record video file according to the period you set here. For
example, the alarm record period is from 6:00
~
18:00 Monday, device can record alarm video
files during the 6:00
~
18:00. Refer to chapter 4.1.5 Manual record for detailed information.
Step 1 In the main menu, from setting to schedule,
Enter schedule menu. See Figure 4-12.
Step 2 Set parameters.
Channel: Please select the channel number first. You can select “all” if you want to
set for the whole channels.
Week day: There are eight options: ranges from Saturday to Sunday and all.
Pre-record: System can pre-record the video before the event occurs into the file.
The value ranges from 0 to 30 seconds depending on the bit stream. 0 means
pre-record function is null.
Redundancy: System supports redundancy backup function. It allows you backup
recorded file in two disks. You can highlight Redundancy button to activate this
function. Please note, before enable this function, please set at least one HDD as
redundant. (Main menu->Advanced->HDD Management).
Please note this
function is null if there is only one HDD.
Record types: There are three types: regular, MD, and alarm. Green color stands for
regular recording, yellow color stands for motion detect (MD) recording, and red
color stands for alarm recording.
Note
When alarm type is MD/alarm, please enable the corresponding channel to record. For
example, when alarm type is MD, please refer to chapter 4.3.4.2 Detect to enable motion
detect record function, and refer to 4.1.5 Record control to set schedule record function.
