4.2 Troubleshooting
Trouble
Checkpoints & Treatments
If there is no display
Check if the scale is powered off.
Check that power cable is connected well.
Check that the supplied power has no problem.
If a measured value continues to
change
Check that there is no move of wind and air.
Check if the installation table or the floor has any
vibration.
Check if the light pan has impurities.
Check nearby devices to see if the problem is caused by
electromagnetic field or static electricity.
If a measured value is not accurate Check that the scale is set to ‘0’.
Check that the calibration value is correct.
If other errors occur, power the product off and then on again.
