Opening/closing the doors.
Hands (body parts) may become trapped on
the hinge or handle side.

Look out for other persons when opening/
closing the lid.

When opening/closing, do not reach into
the opening gap, especially on the hinge
side.

Loading specification

appliance (top right).
a) Open the door at an opening angle of 90°.
b) To load, only ever open one door. Never open
more than one door at the same time.
c) When loading, never keep the door open for
longer than 10 minutes.
It is recommended that you load the appliance out-
side of business hours to prevent restricted visibil-
ity of the contents due to the build-up of mist.
d) Do not add goods beyond the end of the display
shelf.

e) Load display shelves up to a maximum of 10 mm
below the front edge of the display shelf above.
CAUTION
Handling the mesh baskets.
Hands and fingers may become trapped.

Only handle the mesh baskets from the
front.

Do NOT grab the mesh baskets from the
sides when moving them in or out.
f) Only the mesh basket out as far as the stop.

Shutdown and restart

Observe the electrical safety rules prior to
commencing work.

2. Secure the appliance against reconnec-
tion.
