Automatic defrosting
The appliance features automatic defrosting.
The frequency, duration, and time of defrosting are
preset.
Defrost time
– Up to 60 min

During automatic defrosting, the following display

During the defrosting process, an increase in the tem-
perature can occur on the internal temperature dis-
play.

Automatic appliance lighting
The appliance lighting can, for example, be coupled to
the market lighting.
Control by external day/night signal.

Day mode function
If the day mode is switched on, the appliance lighting
is automatically on.
Night mode function
If the day mode is switched off, the appliance lighting
is automatically off.

5.1
Temperature display
The temperature of the appliance is set in the factory
so that the optimal product temperature is maintained
within the standardised product temperature class.
To ensure optimal storage of the food, it is recommen-
ded that you maintain this setting.
Changes in the temperature settings can lead to spoil-
age of the food.
Internal appliance temperature display (air
temperature)
The temperature display is located at top left of the
goods area.
