Replace motor if open or
shorted.

control board. Replace
integrated control board if

with ECM tester. Replace motor
and/or controller if necessary.

voltage between
pins 1 & 4. Voltage
should be between
3-15vDC (Typically

Check for primary
voltage to blower motor.
Is the power supply
voltage between
104 and 127 vAC
( 10%)?
(Typically 115 – 127vAC)

Is motor
open or
shorted?
Correct power supply if out of
range. Replace motor if
necessary.

B0 - Blower motor not running
B1 - Blower motor communication
error

Check wiring harness and
wiring connections. Correct
loose wiring issue. OHM motor
for open or shorted circuit.

B0 - Number of revolutions of the
blower motor
B1 - Motor communication status
Error Decision Conditions:
B0 - When feedback rpm<50 is
detected for 5 times or when
checked feedback rpm <50
reached 100 times. (When
checked feedback rpm reaches
720 times.)
B1 - When the communication
from the motor can not be
received correctly 5 seconds in a
continuous.
