Refrigerant piping
2.
Create a hole in the refrigerant piping in accordance with the conditions shown in the illustration.
•
The location of the hole is different depending on which side of the pipe is taken out.
•
Allow space around the pipe for an easier indoor unit pipe connection.
•
Maintain an adequate working length for the refrigerant pipe starting from the reference point, as shown in the illustration.

For walls containing metal frame or metal board, be sure to use a wall

embedded pipe and wall cover in the feed-through hole to prevent
possible heat, electrical shock, or
fi
re.
Be sure to caulk the gaps around the pipes with caulking material to

prevent water leakage.
Bore a feed-through hole of 80mm in the wall so it has a down slope

toward the outside.
Insert a wall pipe into the hole.
2)
Insert a wall cover into wall pipe.
3)
After completing refrigerant piping, wiring, and drain piping, caulk
4)
pipe hole gap with putty.
