This read only holding register indicates if operation of the chiller is disabled or enabled. If the chiller is disabled, it
cannot run. If it is enabled, it is allowed to run.

This read/write holding register is used enable the chiller to run if operating conditions are satisfied, or disables the
chiller from running. The default is Null which will cause Disable to be used provided nothing else is writing to this
point. This register is ignored by the chiller application if Chiller Local/Remote is set to Local.
