Temperature and humidity conditions around the main unit that require condensation measures
Depending on the temperature and humidity around the main unit, condensation may occur on the main unit and ducts, and water may
leak to the outside of the unit. Be careful of the following to prevent this.
z
The unit cannot be used in high humidity conditions such as a heated pool, bathroom, mushroom cultivation room, and bedrock bath.
(Excludes the moisture resistant type.)
z
The diagram below assumes the main unit is installed indoor, so the value is expressed as "exhaust air suction port (RA) and product
peripherals". For outdoor installation, it is read as "outside air suction port (OA) or product peripherals".
z
Be sure to install the main unit and duct piping inside the heat insulating layer.

[Winter condensation limit diagram]
z
For the ambient conditions of the main unit, refer to the winter
condensation limit diagram and use it where the relative
humidity limit line between the product ambient temperature
and the return air (RA) is not exceeded by the outside air
suction temperature.
z
For extended operations (exceeding 10 hours/day),
condensation may occur even within the range of the
condensation limit diagram. If the outside air temperature is
0°C or lower, use the unit under the conditions where the
dew-point temperature does not exceed 10°C.
[Summer condensation limit diagram]
z
In the summer, refer to the summer condensation limit diagram
for the ambient temperature of the main unit, and use it under
conditions that do not exceed the limit line of outside air (OA)
temperature and relative humidity.
z
For extended operations (exceeding 10 hours/day),
condensation may occur even within the range of the
condensation limit diagram.

on the right, and when the high temperature air B is heat exchanged and the air
condition exceeds the saturation curve as shown in C, condensation or frost may form
on the heat exchange element.
In such a case, raise the low temperature air A to A' so that C reaches C'
(condition below the saturation curve) before use.
(Take measures such as preheating so that the outside air suction temperature does
not fall below the return air (RA) temperature and relative humidity limit line according
to the winter condensation limit diagram.)
