Low Noise and Demand Control
4.15.1 Low Noise Control
When the outdoor unit operating sound can cause a noise problem during the night, an external contact
input (low-noise input) can be used to operate the outdoor fan and compressor at low speed. This reduces
the operating noise by approximately 2 to 3 dB.

4.15.2 Demand Control
By connecting the external contact input to the Demand control input of the outdoor unit external control
adaptor(option), you can save power with limit of compressor frequency.
