The operator must always:
a. Carefully guard the instruction manual in an easily and quickly accessible place.
b. Keep the work place tidy. Failure to do so increases the danger risks.
c.
Ensure that any repairs to machinery are performed by qualified staff. This machine and its fittings are manufactured
according to the accident prevention regulations in force. Repairs must be carried out by qualified staff using original
spare parts; failure to comply may result in injuries to the user.
d. Switch off the power supply. Any maintenance work (whether routine or not) must be conducted on a stationary
machine without power.
e. Prior to the first shift of every day, ensure that all safety components are in full working order. Check that all safety
devices on the machine are functioning correctly.
SPECIFICATIONS
The purpose of this manual is to provide instructions regarding the correct installation, use and maintenance of the
machinery.
The manual must be carefully guarded in a known safe place, easily accessible to authorised staff.
Good maintenance of the machine’s identification tag and relative documents contributes to improved and safer
management of the machine.
The purchaser and /or user of the machine must ensure that the contents of this manual are adequately communicated
to and received by all staff involved in the functioning of the machine.
The importance of guarding this manual well must not be forgotten, so that it is always possible to find the necessary
information and manage the machine as intended by the manufacturers, guaranteeing the security of the machine and its
operators.
It must be remembered that failure to comply with the recommendations laid out in the manual may, as a consequence,
lead to a lapse in the expected proper functioning regulations, and also a lack of responsibility regarding the risk of
accidents not provided for in the design of the machine.
This manual must not be transferred to any other persons, whether of a physical or legal nature, except if the machine is
not sold. In this case, the person acquiring the machine, on receipt, must with tacit approval, accept all terms,
specifications and conditions as set out in this manual.
WARRANTY

1. Through the present document the manufacturer certificates a correct construction of the product and assures that
first materials have been used; all necessary approvals and trials have been made so that the product is conform to
the regulations in force.
The guarantee on this product is valid for a period of 12 months starting on the day of delivery to the purchaser. The
purchaser approves the guarantee regulations by filling in and signing his part and returning it to the manufacturer.
The guarantee only covers those parts to be substituted or replaced because of construction faults and doesn’t cover
labour expensens, travelling indemnity of technicians, transport expenses, packing etc.
The guarantee excludes damages or failures caused through a bad maintenance, a wrong feeding supply,
negligences, unskillfulness or other causes not imputable to the manufacturer.
The guarantee excludes as well failures caused through ommissed maintenance due to the negligences of the user.
The guarantee doesn’t include any kind of refund versus persons or objects for damages, direct or indirect, due to
eventual inefficiency of the equipment.
2. The guarantee forfeits automatically in case that the equipment has been repaired, modified or tampered by the
purchaser himself or by unauthorized third parties.
