Troubleshooting tips
The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please call the near-
est authorized service center if the issue was not settled.
• The refrigerator is not leveled.
• Make sure the refrigerator parts are properly
placed.
Loud noises
• Door is stuck by food packages.
• Too much food inside the unit.
• The unit is not leveled.
The refrigerator door
can not be properly
closed.
• Make sure the refrigerator is connected to power.
• Light bulb is damaged.
Illuminating light does
not work
• Normal during summer when the ambient tem-
perature is higher.
• Do not place too much food into the freezer at one
time.
• Do not add foods until they are cooled down to
room temperature.
• Frequent opening of refrigerator/freezer door.
Compressor runs for
long periods of time
• Odorous foods should be closely wrapped.
• Some foods may be rotten.
• The interior of the refrigerator needs cleaning.
Odor
• Check whether the refrigerator is plugged in and
connected to power.
• Low voltage.
• Power failure or tripped circuit breaker.
No operation

This is normal
• The refrigerator enclosure may
emit heat during operation specially
in summer, this is caused by the ra-
diation of the condenser, and is nor-
mal.
• Condensation could be detected on
the exterior surface and door seals
of the freezer when the ambient hu-
midity is high, this is normal. Wipe
the condensation away with a dry
and soft cloth.
• A buzzing sound is generated by
running compressor specially when
starting up or turning off.
