If additional adjustment of the audio delay filter is necessary or desired, specify an
explicit delay length in the
[audio]
section of the
Primary.ini
file.
To enable manual audio delay, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the appropriate folder. For Windows
®
7
systems, navigate to:
C:\ProgramData\Daktronics\Common
2. Locate the
Primary.ini
file and right-click the file to open it
in a text-editing application such as Windows
®
Notepad.
3. Locate the
[audio]
section and set the delay value to the
desired length of time. Refer to
Generally, video playing at 30 fps requires an audio delay of 166-167 milliseconds. To
prevent the audio delay filter from loading entirely, set the delay duration to
0
.
Note:
Ensure that no semicolons (
;
) precede the
delay
entry if changes to this
setting are desired.
4.
Save the file.
