RTD
maps Enhanced Real-Time Data (ERTD) sign numbers to zones that are configured for
the display. Zoning allows a DMP-8000 series display to be divided into multiple subparts,
each capable of being controlled independently from the other subparts. These subparts
are referred to as zones.
Mapping ERTD sign numbers to a zone allows a control system such as Show Control
System to send commands that target a specific zone on a display rather than the
