Sensitivity

The 

Sensitivity

 defines the maximum number of objects (linked changed image sectors) 

that may exist in the entire image. If the number of objects is exceeded, the already detec-

ted event will be discarded.

The limitation of the number of objects prevents motion event triggering with lots of small 

changes (e.g. image noise or snowfall).

To enable the intelligent search for motion events within an image with a Dallmeier recor-

der, 

SmartFinder

 has to be activated.

This value in seconds defines how long an object (linked changed image sectors) is valid.  

If another object is detected in the same area during this period, it will not be assessed as 

a new event but will be discarded.
