WHOLE LIFE OF THE APPLIANCE, AND MUST BE GIVEN TO A NEW USER OR PROPRIETOR.

PRELIMINARIES 

Introduction 

This “REFRIGERATED CABINET” was produced in accordance with the E.U. directives 89/392 and following, 

on the free circulation of industrial products within the European Union. 

Hence, this cabinet is delivered with the literature that these directives require. 

The producer developed the project of this cabinet with the aim of ensuring safe working conditions: to exclude 

electric  safeties  or  disassembling  protections  that  were  foreseen  by  the  producer  undermines  the  above-

mentioned safe working conditions. 

Such conditions also depend on the observation of installation and power supply hints, which must be strictly 

followed. 

This appliance must be used in accordance with what is written in this manual. You are therefore kindly invited 

to read  it thoroughly  before moving,  installing or starting  this cabinet, taking into particular consideration the 

messages written in boxes. Complying with regulations and recommendations in this manual ensure a safe use 

and appropriate interventions. 

Maintenance takes few, simple operations to be done by a technician. To ensure a long life to your refrigerator 

and to save as much money as possible, we suggest you to follow what described in this booklet. 

The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any accident deriving from the non application of the

prescriptions  described  in  this  manual.  This  applies  also  for  modifications  and/or  installation  of  not 

authorized accessories. 

1 USE OF THIS MANUAL 

This manual is part of the cabinet: please keep it in a safe place during the whole life of the cabinet, and 

should the cabinet be sold to a third person, give them this manual too. It should be kept not too far away form 

the cabinet, so that maintenance operators can easily have access to it. 

All instructions described in this manual are for correct and safe installation, start-up, use and maintenance of 

the whole appliance; particular attention has been paid to safety.
