Lens Correction
Some fixed pattern noise is also caused by the non-uniformity in the lens transmittance. This fixed
pattern noise cannot be corrected with a one point-calibration. To compensate for this non-
uniformity, a lens correction feature is available. To use it, the user selects the lens from the list of
available lenses. To be accurate, the lens temperature has to be stable and the one-point FPN
calibration has to be done at that lens temperature, otherwise this feature will amplify the non-
uniformity and changes in the lens temperature.
