Error Description
Possible Causes
Possible Solutions
VCU has detected that the high
voltage system is offline during
charging.
1) Various faults.
2) Incompatible or defective
EVSE.
1) Troubleshoot specific error.
2) Restart charge with compatible
EVSE.
If no other error has been raised, it may be possible
to resolve the error by restarting the charge using a
compatible EVSE.
Note:
When requested to connect the
vehicle to an EVSE, either a level 2 or level
3 EVSE can be used.
