Error Description
Possible Causes
Possible Solutions
Charge controller has detected
that the EVSE was disconnected
from the vehicle during charging.
1) EVSE disconnected during
charging.
2) Incompatible or defective
EVSE.
3) Loss of continuity between
charge controller and charge
inlet due to defective LV
connector or harness.
1) Reconnect EVSE if further
charging is needed.
2) Restart charge with compatible
EVSE.
3) Replace LV connector or
harness per Service Manual.
Warning:
High voltage hazard. The harness
between the charge controller and charge
inlet is a low voltage harness. However, in
the event of a specific charging system
malfunction, it is possible that the harness
could be exposed to high voltage. Treat it as
a high voltage harness.
Note:
When requested to connect the
vehicle to an EVSE, either a level 2 or level
3 EVSE can be used.
