Troubleshooting

F0026 (Fault Reason 32, 33, 34)

Error Description

Possible Causes

Possible Solutions

BMS has detected that the state of

charge (SOC) of the ESS is low.

1) Low SOC.

2) Temporary SOC imbalance.

1) Charge the vehicle.

2) Allow ESS to rest, then

change vehicle to 100%.

Fault reasons 32, 33, and 34 are numbered in order

of increasing severity.

If one of these errors is raised, the high voltage

power will be limited to 50%.

This error may be resolved by connecting the vehicle

to a charger and charging the HV batteries to 100%

SOC.

Note:

For best ESS performance and

vehicle range HV batteries must regularly be

changed to 100% SOC. Vehicle SOC is a

calculated valued that drifts over time. It is

recalibrated only at the end of the charge

cycle when HV batteries are charged to

100%. Always fully change the vehicle until

the charge cycle automatically ends. Only

charge vehicle using a level 2 or level 3

EVSE.

Note:

Make sure HV systems are off while

charging. Vehicle turned off.
