Attach mounting plate to wall with screws or adhesive so the screw holes are horizontal. The
Danapad should be mounted less than 10 meters away from the Danalock or Danapad to be in
range.

Insert 4x AAA batteries into Danapad and close waterproof lid. The Display should light up
green when powered on. To secure water resistance check that the rubber gasket is in place
before clicking on the battery lid. The Danapad is IP54 protected when closed correctly to
withstand the outdoor weather conditions.

Mount Danapad on mounting plate by inserting it slightly offset to the left "rotated counter-
clockwise" and rotating it clockwise. The Danapad will make an audible click when mounted
correctly.
