JS7000 Analog and CAN Output
Theory of operation
Danfoss JS7000 joysticks are general purpose mobile machine control joysticks. They are available in a Y
and an XY axis configuration and support four grip options.
JS7000 joysticks support two electrical output options: Analog and Controller Area Network (CAN).
JS7000 joysticks support handle position measurement technology option: Hall effect. With two
independent sensors per axis measure handle position. Grip analog and switch signals are hard-wired to
the joystick base.
Three JS7000 PLUS+1
®
Compliant HWD files are available. One supports joysticks having analog outputs a
second supports joysticks that have the CAN output option, and a third supports CAN+ output option.
The
compliant function block algorithm
uses input voltage to determine handle position, direction and
null position.
The
compliant function block algorithm
uses one sensor input per axis to determine handle direction and
null position. The algorithm does not compare the dual sensor signals.
The
compliant function block
requires that the JS7000 joystick base be supplied with 5 Vdc regulated
sensor power provided by a PLUS+1
®
control device.
