R744
R744 (High pressure side: Max. 140 Bar,
Medium/low pressure side: Max. 80 Bar)
( ) indicates the airtight test pressure.
Confirm that it is an R744 application product.
Confirm that it is an R744 application product.
Measuring instruments, tools (Special to R744)
The product is absolutely incompatible.
mark: (Change of standards)
mark: (More thorough, strict observation than conventional)
1. Airtight test pressure
R744
Ѝ
Medium/low pressure side
Max. 80 Bar × 24 hr
1. Evacuate for 2 to 3 hr.
(Basic is -1 Bar or under.)
2. Use vacuum pump adaptor.
1. Select proper piping materials, wall thickness.
2. Thorough control of cleaning pipe inside
3. Nitrogen gas flow is a must for brazing.
4. Flashing pipe inside is a must after brazing.
5. Strict use of torque wrench
1. Confirmation of refrigerant (bomb) in use
2. Must charge refrigerant in liquid state.
3. Use manifold valve, charge hose special to R744.
4. Use device special to R744 at gas leak test.
Flow of installation work and points to note during installation

Annex D - Outline of installation
Point to note
1. Conventional R410A application products are absolutely incompatible with R744 application products.
2. Replace all measuring instruments and tools directly in contact with the refrigerant with those special to R744.
Care must be taken not to mistake materials, measuring instruments and tools in use.
