Set printer port protocol using switch S2-7 and master port
protocol for DCP or TBOS using switch S2-8.
If you set switch S2-8 for DCP protocol, switch S2-7 sets
the printer port protocol for DCP or Printer IV.
If you set switch S2-8 for TBOS protocol, switch S2-7 sets
