Use ohmmeter to check for a short across the power input at A

and B (-DC) and (GND) at the left end of the rear of the shelf (refer

to Fig. 2).
TMS is used to verify the levels at the output of the 46033

E-System Adapter and the 4003C Line Amplifier.
