Description of the device 
 

Features 

The DAP PDU-10 is a 19" powerdistributor (240V) and racklight for use in equipment and effect racks. 

•

8 IEC outputs that can be turned on or off by means of a switch on the front of the unit. 

•

Volt and Ampere meter on the front to monitor the mains voltage and current consumption in 

order to maximise the protection of your equipment.  

•

Frontpanel resettable 10A circuit breaker. 

•

Lockable slide out drawer containing a standard 4W fluorescent bulb. 

•

Rear panel 5Vdc XLR connector for LED snakelight at the rear.

  1) Light indicator 

  2) Light on switch 

       Enables you to switch the fluorescent bulb in the slide out drawer on or off. The status is indicated by 

the light indicator (1). 

  3) Outputs Indicator   

  4) Outputs switch 

       Enables you to switch the power outlets on the rear on or off. The status is indicated by the Outputs 

(3) indicator. 

  5) Voltage meter 

       Alows you to monitor the mains voltage.  

  6) Slide out drawer 
       The slide out drawer contains a standard 4W fluorescent bulb that can be used to illuminate all gear   

       mounted underneath your PDU-10. 
  7) Front panel light 

       Allows you to attach your own logo. 

  8) Ampere meter 
       Alows you to monitor the total current draw. 

  9) Unswitched power output  

       This outlet is always active whenever the PDU-10 is plugged in, regardless of the status of the output 

(4) switch. 

10) Fuse 

      10A Resettable Circuit Breaker. This circuit breaker will trip when the total current draw from all outlets  
      (back and front) exceeds 10A.
