Plug in your Mini Heart Bundt

Cake Maker to preheat for 3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar together with a handheld mixer on
medium until they are light and fluffy. Thoroughly mix in the oil, milk, egg, Greek
yogurt, vanilla extract and pistachios. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet
in two stages and stir until just combined.

Cake Maker lightly with softened butter or coat lightly with
cooking oil. Fill the Mini Heart Bundt

Cake Maker ¾ full (

cup batter). Bake until a
toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake, around 6 minutes.

Lift out cake using the Removal tool and transfer to a wire rack, letting it cool.
Top with icing of choice (we recommend our Cream Cheese or Vanilla icing) and
additional ground pistachios.
