Directions:

In a medium bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk the egg, milk, and
melted butter in a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just
incorporated.

Use a non-aerosol oil sprayer or silicone basting brush to apply oil to both cooking
surfaces. Pour 2 tbsp of the batter into each heart in the Multi Mini Waffle Maker and cook
until golden brown, around 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
3.
Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh berries.
