Brownie
mini waffles
Ingredients:
Yields 11-13 waffles

6 tbsp bittersweet chocolate
2 tbsp unsweetened chocolate
¾ stick unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
½ tsp salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Toppings
Chopped walnuts
Shredded coconut
Directions:
1.
Melt chocolate and better and mix together until smooth. In a medium bowl, whisk
together eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.

Add egg mixture to chocolate and mix until no clumps remain. Stir in salt and flour until just
combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
3.
Use a non-aerosol oil sprayer or silicone basting brush to apply oil to both cooking
surfaces. Pour 2 tbsp of the batter into each heart in the Multi Mini Waffle Maker and cook
until finished, around 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
4.
Serve with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
