which are in the range of bin X are saved into the logging memory. Default
condition is all flags set to 1.

BINX_EN: if the BINX_EN bit (X = 0..15) is set to 1 the timestamps (2 words -
Unix time format) of sampled values which are in the range of bin X are
saved into the logging memory. Default condition is 0 for all flags.
Example: In case both the sample value and the sample time need to be
stored in the log area the sequence of the logged data in the memory is the
following:
