It represents the last temperature value read from the sensor (even if not
stored in the log memory). LAST_SAMPLE_VALUE register is forced to 0 after

The Shipping Date register (expressed in the Unix time format) is used to
store the time when logging was enabled (by RF or, if enabled, by the but-
ton). Default value of SHIPPING_DATE register is 0. SHIPPING_DATE register
is set to 0 after a reset operation.

the time when logging was stopped (by RF or, if enabled, by the button).
