Follow these instructions to select the delimiter character:
1. Determine the desired character, then find its hexadecimal equivalent on the
on the inside back cover. A setting of 00 specifies no delimiter character.
2. Go to
and scan the ENTER/EXIT PROGRAMMING MODE barcode to
enter Programming Mode.
3. Scan the barcode: SET SOURCE RADIO ADDRESS DELIMITER CHARACTER.
4. Scan the appropriate two digits from the keypad in
, that represent
the hexidecimal characters which were determined in the steps above. You will hear a two-
beep indication after the last character.
If you make a mistake before the last character, scan the CANCEL barcode to
abort and not save the entry string. You can then start again at the begin-
ning.
5. Scan the ENTER/EXIT PROGRAMMING MODE barcode to exit Programming
Mode.
