Intercharacter Delay
Specifies a delay between the end of one character and the beginning of the
next in 10-millisecond increments. This delay is inserted after each data char-
acter transmitted. If the transmission speed is too high, the system may not be
able to receive all characters. You may need to adjust the delay to make the
system work properly.
