Produce the printout of the transactions effected by the operators on all the scales in network, after
the latest reset procedure of 2nd level grand totals (see function

).
The following data are printed:

the no. of items sold

the special price sales total
•
the no. of voids.
•
the voids total
•
the number of returns

the amount of returns

non-zero total amounts paid by

COUPON
The data referring to operators “
ON TRAINING
” are printed under a separate section, called
Z
GRAND TOTAL TRAINING
. After entering this function press
<ENTER>
to start the printing:

print and reset 2nd level grand totals
(e.g. weekly level)
This function can be used for printing the transactions effected by all the operators by the scales
within the network link after the latest 2nd level reset procedure. As data are printed, the 1st and
2nd level stored data will simultaneously be reset.
The
Z GRAND TOTAL
data (see function 90) are printed and the following data are automatically
deleted, as they are being printed:
•
the operator totals (see funct. 80)
•
the department totals (see funct. 81)
•
the VAT totals (see funct. 82)
•
the PLU totals (see funct. 83)
•
the totals by hour (see funct. 84)
•
the scale totals (see funct. 85)
•
the best PLUs report (see funct. 88)
•
the best operators report (see funct. 89)
•
the X grand totals (see funct. 86)
•
the Z grand total (see funct. 90)
When entering this function press
<ENTER>
to select printing as follows:

E N T E R T O P R I N T - R E S E T
By pressing
<ENTER>
again, the message
WAIT
is displayed, the totals are printed and at the same
time they are reset. The scale then returns to the function initial display.
