DTS Special Venue Timecode Offset
The DTS timecode offset setting is unique to the film format and the distance between the DDE
or DTS reader head and the picture aperture. The
calculations
below are used when determining
the timecode offset for special film speeds and formats. Notice that all the film speeds MUST be
divisible by 30.
