NOTE:
Minimise overspray and cross contamination of the silicone spray onto other surfaces. (Excessive overspray
will contaminate the work site that may lead to poor THEMsil adhesion and a possible slippery / unsafe roof working
surface for personal). Tip - the use of a cloth under or around the spray site is a good technique to control over-
spray, wipe your hands regularly with a clean cloth.
Step 7 - Installing the Loop Modules
Starting at the upper most collector module:
• Lubricate the Loop manifold and the red silicone o ring barbs
• Partially insert the red silicone o-ring barbs into the Loop manifold
• Using a 150mm wide paint scrapper or spatula, (Not supplied in kit), ensure all 10 red silicone o ring barbs are
fully inserted into the Loop manifold
• Clip the Manifold Clip into the Loop Return Manifold ensuring that the formed slots are facing outward (note
these slots assist with clip removal if required)
