First Run

Make sure that the device is made according to the mounting dimensions and that
the mounting is solid.

Make sure that the gas connection of your device is made correctly and that there
is no gas leakage.

Make sure that the electrical connection of your device is correct.
»
Before operating the device, open the gas valve.
»
Supply electrical energy to your device. After energizing, (--) will light on the step
screen. Turn on the device by pressing the on-off button of your remote control.
»
After starting your device, you can switch between the levels by using the
keys of your remote control. You can turn off your device with the onn-off button
on the remote control.
»
If your device goes into malfunction mode, E1 or E2 will light on the information
screen on the device. In this case, be sure to connect the gas connection and the
electrical connection. Please check. After the faults are resolved, when you press
the onn-off button of your remote, the device will reset itself and be ready to work
again.
Troubleshooting

My device does not fire, the light on the information screen on the device does not
turn on!
Check the electrical connection of your device.
»
My device ignites but does not catch fire!
Check the gas connection of your device.
»
My device does not switch between levels, does not turn on or off!
Check your remote control and battery.
»
E1-E2 symbol lights up on the information screen on my device, I cannot intervene
from the remote!
Check the gas and electricity connection of your device. If there is no problem or after
the faults are resolved, press the on-off button of your remote. After the (O) symbol
appears on the information screen on the device, you can operate your device again.
»
My device suddenly shuts down while working!
Check the electrical connection and grounding line of your device. Check that the
amount of oxygen in the environment where the device is located is sufficient.
Check whether your device receives high pressure wind. Check that the gas
connection of your device and the pressure of the gas line are correct.
For malfunctions of your device other than the ones described above, please contact
the manufacturer of the device and the service without intervening. Interfering with
malfunctions other than the ones above may have dangerous consequences.
