Warranty Conditions
1.
The warranty period is 2 (two) years from the date of commissioning, delivery or
invoice.
2.
The entire product, including all parts, is under warranty.
3.
If it is understood that the goods are defective, the consumer, in the 11th article of
the 6502 Consumer Protection Law;
a)
Withdrawing from the contract by declaring that he is ready to return the sold item
b)
Withholding the sold item and requesting a discount from the sales price at the rate of defect
c)
If it does not require an excessive cost, all costs belong to the seller and the sold is free of charge.

If the consumer chooses the right to free repair from these rights, the seller; It
is obliged to make or have the goods repaired without any charge under any other
name, such as labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.

In case of choosing one of the rights of the consumer to repair free of charge or to
replace the goods with a non-defective one;

- Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,
- In case of a report by the authorized service station, dealer, manufacturer or
importer that it is not possible to repair; The consumer may request the return of the
goods, a reduction in the price at the rate of defects or, if possible, the replacement of
the goods with a non-defective one from the seller. The seller cannot refuse the
consumer’s request. Failure to comply with this request. The seller, the manufacturer
and the importer are jointly and severally liable.
6.
The maximum repair period of the goods cannot exceed 20 (twenty) working days.
This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the goods to the
service station, and in the absence of a service station, to one of the seller, dealer,
agency, representative, importer or manufacturer - manufacturer of the goods. Con-

Defects arising from the use of the product contrary to the terms in the user manual
are not covered by the warranty.
8.
The consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer
court in the place of residence or the consumer transaction, in case of disputes that
may arise regarding the use of his rights arising from the guarantee.
