Timely recharging of the battery pack will help it
serve you well for a long time. You must recharge
the battery pack when you notice that the power of
the screwdriver drops.
Never allow the battery pack to become fully
discharged. This will cause it to develop a defect.
7.2 ON/OFF changeover switch (Fig. 3/Item 2)
You can select between clockwise and counter-
clockwise rotation.
Change the direction of rotation only when the
equipment is at a standstill. If you fail to observe this
point, the gearing may become damaged.
7.3 LED lamp (Fig. 1//Item 5)
The LED lamp (5) can be used in poor lighting
conditions to illuminate the area where you want to
screw. To switch on, push the switch (6) forwards; to
switch off, pull the switch back again.
7.4 Changing the tool (Fig. 5)
Important!
Insert the bit (A) into the bit chuck (1).
To remove the bit (A), pull it back out of the bit chuck
(1).
7.5 Screwdriving
We recommend using self-centering screws (e.g.
Torx screws, recessed head screws) designed for
reliable working. Be sure to use a bit that matches
the screw in shape and size. Set the torque, as
described elsewhere in these operating instructions,
to suit the size of screw.
7.6 Battery capacity indicator (Fig. 4/Item 7)
Press the battery capacity indicator switch (a). The
battery capacity indicator (7) indicates the charge
state of the battery on 3 colored LEDs.
All LEDs are lit:
The battery is fully charged.
The yellow and red LEDs are lit:
The battery has an adequate remaining charge.
Red LED:
The battery is empty, recharge the battery.
