Troubleshooting
Issue
The indicator light is not
displayed
The indicator light is
on, but no mist is
coming out.
Only a small amount of mist is
coming out
Mist spills from the tank cover or
from around the nozzle
Abnormal noise
Cause
1.Power is not connected
2.The power switch is not on
The mist is not turned on
1. The water is dirty, or the
diffuser has been in storage too long.
2. The water temperature is too low.
3. The mist is set to the minimum
setting.
1. The lid is not closed properly
1. A lack of water is causing the diffuser
to resonate.
2. The diffuser is not in a stable
position.
Solution
1. Connect the
Diffuser’s power cord to a power
outlet
2. Turn on the power
switch
Press the Mist button shown in
Picture
1. Replace the water with clean
water.
2.Use water at room temperature
3. Set the mist to the required
level.
Place the lid properly
1. Add water to the tank
2. Place it on a firm and stable
surface.
