• If the base is heat resistant, make sure to
turn the steam control to the position.
• Always unplug the appliance when not in
use.
• The iron must be used and stored on a level
surface.
• Do not use the iron if it has been dropped,
if it shows any sign of deterioration or if it
leaks.
• Always place the soleplate on an ironing
board, a stable table or on the floor.
• When you place the iron on its rest, make
sure the surface on which the rest is placed
is stable.
The symbol is always displayed on the
surface with the highest temperature.
However, the other metallic and non-metallic
surface can also heat up considerably during
use and, as a result, you are recommended to
take care when handling them and yif possible
to use isothermal gloves or another type of
thermal protection. When in doubt as regards
the temperature of a given surface, it is always
preferable to protect yourself.
