MAX setting.
• Plug in the iron. The pilot light will switch
on. Make sure that the steam control is at
the position.
• Never use vinegar or other liquids to
descale the iron.
• When the pilot light goes out, leave the iron
over the sink and keep the steam selector
pressed at the CALC CLEAN position.
Steam and dust particles will come out of the
soleplate.
• When the water tank is empty, stop pressing
the steam selector.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the plastic parts
of the iron.
• When cleaning the soleplate, make sure the
product used is the right one for the purpose.
Never use harsh products.
AFTER IRONING
• Turn the switch to “MIN/OFF” and the steam control
indicator to and unplug the iron from the mains.
• Avoid contact with the soleplate and turn the iron upside
down to empty the tank.
• Place the hot iron on its rest and put it away so that the
remaining moisture evaporates.
