Using your oven for proofing dough

f your model has a secondary oven, we recommend using it for proofing dough, as the
smaller volume ensures a more even temperature
.
Oven use

Turn
the
OVEN MODE
knob
counterclockwise to
BAKE
and the
TEMPERATURE
knob counterclockwise to
WARM.
The oven will heat to an ideal proofing
temperature

in about 5 minutes
.

knob clockwise back to
OFF

Place the dough in the oven in a
covered, heatproof bowl
.

hen risen to the required size, remove the
dough from the oven and turn the oven
mode knob clockwise back to
OFF
