Before you call for service or assistance ...
Check the things you can do yourself. Refer to the installation instructions and your User Guide
and check that:

Your product is correctly installed.

You are familiar with its normal operation.
3
If the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown.
4
If there is a power outage in the area.
If after checking these points and you still need assistance, please contact your local DCS
authorized service agency or DCS Customer Care Representative for warranty service. Our

Model Number and Serial Number (can be found inside the refrigerator compartment, on the
left hand wall near the top)
Date of installation
A brief description of the problem
