THE CUTS
Insert the horizontale blade using its straight side.
Place the choosen Julienne blade (2, 4 or 10 mm) - Be sure that the upper
plate is loosened and can free move.
Adjust the thickness according the vertical DICES
markers engraved on the Mandoline frame. Then lock
the plate.
(ex : if you use the 4-mm blade, adjust the up-
per plate on the vertical marker CUBE 4).
Place the product in the slider, put the pusher with
one
of its marker

in front of you,
push the slider down (1)
and throw away the
fi
rst cut food products which are not dices.
Push the slider then back to the top and once the slider is completely abo-
ve the blade, rotate it one quarter turn (2), putting the other
marker
∆
on
the pusher in front of you
. Maintaining the rotated position push the slider
down over the blade (3) and again back to the top.
Repeat the movements until the product is completely cut.

DICES
LOSANGES

The cutting method is the same as for dices.
Just make a smaller rotation of about 45° (rotate
less than one quarter turn). Different losanges
are possible according to the angle of the pusher
rotation.
•
ADVICES :
- For an easy cut, move the slider fast when cutting.
- Use the markers on the pusher when you rotate it to obtain perfect
dices.
- Be careful: if the upper plate is too low (if the thickness is too large), the
dices don’t come off. Then adjust the thickness.

- to cut long vegetables in sticks (zucchini, carott,
horse radish, ...)
- to cut tagliatelles of potatoes, cucumbers, zuc-
chini,...
- to cut extra-large French fries, etc.
